Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receiving your order

• Please allow 5-7 working days, after return has been received, for refund to be processed

• The condition of all returns will be checked before any refunds are processed

• All products must be returned in their original packaging

• ALL solutions or drops can NOT be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons
